Solid Waste Manegement

Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh is collecting daily around 450 tonnes of municipal waste (out of 450 tonnes generated) from all over Chandigarh and hand over the waste to the Processing Plant at Dadu majra which process the waste and convert that into RDF (Revised Derived Fuel) and compost and dump the rejected into Dumping Ground at Dadu majra.
